We've been living here for almost 8 months now and haven't encountered any issues. The team working here is very friendly, attentive, and professional. The common areas never feel overcrowded, which is great. Everything is kept clean, and the place is dog-friendly, making it a pleasant environment for everyone.
All the staff and managers really are 10/10 at Ten Degrees!nnWe lived at the apartments for a year tenancy. We loved Ten degrees, the team are just amazingly accommodating. Always there to help with any query. We moved out due to leaving London for personal reasons, otherwise we would have stayed longer. The admin team, esp, Delphine and Funto were always super helpful. We would also like to say a huge thank you to Constantine the maintenance man, who always delivered a great experience! Thank you guys.
I've been living here for approximately 8 months and it's been a good experience thus far. Delphine was very helpful with facilitating the rental process, and Chantel has been excellent as well in providing assistance as required.nnI'd definitely recommend the property to anyone who is interested in renting in an ideal location and will be guaranteed great customer service.
Staff are thieves!!!!! DO NOT LEAVE ANY HIGH VALUE ITEMS OR SENTIMENTAL ITEMS. Me and my partner were moving out during the week. The night before check out we left a few bits to collect before we handed in the keys next morning. When we collected the remaining bits, we noticed that more than half of our belongings had be gone!!!!!!!! What kind of staff are you employing that steals from the residents. We put out trust in you to keep the place secure but your stealing from us?!??!??!
I've lived here for almost 3 years now and I've had a great time. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a big thank you to the night staff, especially Isaac. He's such an asset to the community and its great having him there
