I took my daughter to ED there.. she was treated very well. From ED she was shifted to private room in Philomena's ward. The staff/nurses were very good at their work. She got the best possible care for 7 days. Thank you to all the staff in emergency and Philomena's ward for you service.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Emergency Department and Philomena’s Department for the outstanding care my son received during our recent visit. After being referred by our GP and heading to the emergency department, we were immediately impressed by how quickly we were seen and how attentive the staff were.nnWithin just a few hours, we had blood results back and treatment began promptly. The professionalism and expertise of the medical team were evident from the start, and their attention to every detail made a world of difference in ensuring my son's comfort and well-being.nnWhat really stood out was the compassionate care. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were not only thorough in their approach but also took the time to explain everything clearly, putting both my son and us at ease. The treatment was effective, and within 48 hours, we were able to head home, feeling confident in the care and attention that had been provided.nnThank you to everyone who was involved in my son's treatment – your dedication truly made a positive impact on our experience.
We come here at midnight 2 o clock to see a doctor for my 3nd half year old boy In emergency. Nurse check my boy once and we are sitting in waiting room for more than 3 hours but still doctor didn't come and checked. I dnt understand what is the point of emergency service. Worst experience ever
Yesterday my wife and I went to CHI at Temple street during our vacation as our 4 months old son was having fever and was crying non-stop.nI have to say I personally can't understand the negative reviews. We got there at 9 pm and the staff was just wonderful. All nurses, as well as the doctor, were very friendly. They would always ask us if what they wanted to do is ok with us before examining or treating our boy. Also, even though there were a lot of people being treated, the staff was never unfriendly and always took the time to answer our questions.nWe really felt taken care of and as comfortable as possible in such a situation.
Children Hospital Ireland, Temple Street. This is a dedicated children hospital The, carers, nurses, and doctors are amazing with the children they look after.nIt is always neat and well kept at most times.nDuring most of my visits, my child received a first-class treatment from the health care workers.nHowever, the downside is that, just like it is in most Irish hospitals, you will be in the hospital for a long time.nEach visit will take at least 8 hrs to 15 hrs on average.
