They are my regular workshop for maintenance of 2 cars. Besides being turbo geniuses, they also 1st class at general mechanical repairs. Prices are less than the main agents. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable reception. Cars always clean, free of greasy finger and foot prints. Bonus point, they are walking distance from Holmer Lake.

Had the turbo rebuilt for my old classic car a while ago, the customer service I received was brilliant but the quality of the work carried out hasn't been the best, being a classic car it doesn't get much use 100 too a couple of hundred miles a year at most and although the turbo was rebuilt just over two years ago it hasn't done much milage at all this can be backed up by the MOT history, the play in the turbo and noise from it is unbelievable it has developed so much free play it's catching the housing. I have called a few times and explained the situation and was promised a call back this never happened I explained that I wasn't expecting anything for nothing as I knew it was out of warranty but due to the fact it's done hardly no milage was just hoping for a bit of help towards the repair AGAIN but I can't help but feel I've just been completely fobbed off, shame really to write this as the customer service in the beginning was great but most companies are great when taking the money aren't they.
From our first telephone conversation, to picking up our car, the service has been amazing. We were treated warmly and professionally at all times. The job quoted was honest and they used at our request dealership parts. After an Issue with my DPF, TT ran full diagnostics, tried to do a clean but even after this with videos taken it was clear it was stuck and broken. A new DPF was fitted and oil change carried out among other things on our Merc A220. A full itemised invoice was given with clear instructions on how to help the longevity in future. Special thanks to Patchara who with other members of the team went above and beyond to deal with issues that extended our cars stay with them !nCannot fault a single bit of the company or service 100% recommended
