I went this place 2 times to collect my parcels. The young man is very rude, 1st time I went to collect, he made me wait for 10 minutes then after me came 5-6 customers. Then he started serving them first. 2nd time I went there because my parcel has been sent and collection from shop notice wasn’t coming. When came to collect the same man was there, as soon as he found my parcel and scanned then email came same time, please collect the parcel. It means no one scanned it when received. Very poor service. Will never go there again!
I have been to this shop 4-5 times for Evri parcel drop off and every time little lad who is rude, unprofessional and low manners would refuse to deal with parcels and continue with shop customers. I went again today unwillingly as my DPD parcel was left there by courier without a choice to make. In the morning was told to come back after 12.30 told that scanner is not working. Went again at 12.45 but little rude lad said he is busy serving school kids and come back after 2 hours and will not do any courier related job until next 2 hours. I wish i do not have to see that face again. Avoid this place if can.
The guy who works there is clearly unhappy with his life and projecting. Makes it really hard to use the parcel services… don’t recommend it. Hope this guy gets a job he’s happier with and solves the issues that make him ambivalent.
Beware the shop doesn’t scan your parcels so when DPD drivers drop off your parcel at this location you have no clue The person serving is grumpy too and doesn’t even talk politely - would avoid this place if possible
Been coming to this shop for many years very very helpful owners will go above and beyond to help. Plus what there do for the community is amazing. Always polite and take great pride in the business.
I was there at 15:10 to pick up the parcel, a young rude man told me that I had to wait until 16:00 because he was busy now!!!
The young person he is rude don’t know how served a customer I was there to told him that they sell expired stuff he didn’t even apologise
Had problem there with my delivery but they’re was a misunderstanding by me other than that the staff is very polite please I request everyone whoever goes at that shop please do not sit on their nerves thank you.
Useless people!!! They run parcel collection point so you get your stuff delivered there if you are not at home. Went there to pick my parcel up because I got the confirmation that is ready for collection 5 :30 pm and the guy behind the counter said that I need to come back next day 1pm because hi doesn’t know how to use the collection scanner etc!!!! This is joke! They shouldn’t be running that business!!!! Rubbish!!!!
Best shop in the ends Singh always helps the community no matter how.
