Great service. I couldn't get a taxi after a funeral at Dundee crematorium but other companies said they couldn't send one as it was time for schools coming out but I got one no problem from Tele taxis & again after the wake. They were pretty quick arriving to pick us up.

Really really poor office staff and management. Radio was booked, waited 3 mins then left without me. Called office to say the driver was at the bottom of my street and could he come back, they booked me another taxi so by the time another showed up i had missed my train. Then they sent a text saying the river that had left couldn't find my address.  He was out side my door. They also hang up on calls in the middle of the night or ignore the phone because they can't be bothered or don't have enough staff. Spoke to a so called manager about these examples, guy obviously didn't  give a toss. 450 450 are still independent, call them

I’ve only rated 4 star because when I phoned them it went to automated voice service which couldn’t understand what I was saying after 4 attempts which was very frustrating but once someone did pick up the phone it was fine. It only took 10 minutes after that for taxi to arrive and driver was pleasant.

All drivers so far give excellent service. Being older they help with shopping bags and are always very chatty. Great service.

Driver wouldn't shut up about having enough of "youngsters paying by card" sorry but don't blame us for the company taking 3 months to pay you if your customer paid by card. Terrible...

Used to be a decent company. Now when you call them their automated system tells you every time you call that there's no availablity in your area and it just gets stuck in a loop "connecting you to an advisor"  New year and Christmas day is understandable but it's the same thing every day.  With no competing services Uber or another competitor cannot come quick enough.

I've been using them for many years but I think yesterday was my last ride. Until now I did not have a lot of pickup issues or issues that I thought were that bad to stop using them. As I said, until now.. The driver before the last one seemed extremely annoyed that he waited for me outside the flat a bit longer than expected, even if it was the company's fault I did not receive a "taxi has arrived" automatic call. Thankfully someone from the company called me to tell me the taxi was waiting. The last driver, when my train was late 2 minutes, decided to pick someone else up instead of me. Did I mention I had asked them lots of times to change the name displayed when they pick me up and they kept saying they did it but, somehow it was never updated for the next call? I will try to never use them again.

Pre booked a taxi & it never showed up.  Called several times to chase up.   Stood outside venue waiting in cold for over an hour as they said its on its way.  Then got email telling me it was cancelled.  Went to nearby hotel & booked another taxi from another company & almost 2 hours after my booking slot i got a text saying tele taxi had arrived!  Service is shocking. App is useless.
