I can't get an appointment, to see my gp even after a major health issue I had only few weeks ago. I would have to wait a week for a phone appointment. Absolutely disgusting. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all!

The doctors are good when you can get an appointment. Friendly staff. But line always busy when you try to call. Just tried for an appointment now... Rung 26 times and line constantly engaged.

As a new patient the service so far has been excellent

If you actually want to see a Doctor face to face this is not the practice for you. You might actually be better to google your symptoms.
