Hits stunning views with wild pony’s and a lovely woodland river walk . I started at the castle dropping down then looping around. If fingle bridge inn was open I would happily enjoyed a pint.

Great views, worth coming here on a sunny day! Be prepared for some hills.

One of the best scenic routes that I have been. It has an advantage of both the gorge views and riverside forest walk. Loved it.

Lovely views, location. Although the castle is under reconstruction,  we were able to view some of the interior and enjoy some quality coffee and the best shortbread ever!

Good walk. Lovely scenery. Dog friendly.
