Can't recommend this company enough, bought my caravan online from them and was a bit hesitant about distant buying without seeing the caravan but after reading their reviews and the competitive price I went ahead, so glad I did as there was no need to worry, I did have a few unforseen teething problems and being on the otherside of the country was concerned but the service I received from Tom and his team was first class in resolving my issues, Tom himself was very patient, knowledgeable and done everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase nothing was to much trouble this guy really cares for his customers from first contact to the numerous follow up calls I received, as said the company is on the otherside of the country from me but I will certainly be a returning customer and would highly recommend anyone in the market to buy a caravan to look at this company regardless of your location.....oh and I received a very competitive part exchange price.nThanks Tom for the great service love the new caravan.nDavid & Linda.
