We had a caravan we were struggling to sell privately and didn’t want to let it go for a trade price, I spoke to Tom and he offered to put it on his pitch as a Sale Or Return. Tom actually sold the caravan within a week banking us over £2000+ than we would have got and without the hassle. Professional service from start to finish and Tom couldn’t be more helpful
What a great company Tom you were fantastic great caravan, Charlotte too in the office with the admin. You all couldn't do too much to help us.
This was the first time I have purchased a caravan, so I was not sure what I required. This company will not take you to the top end, they will understand your requirements and find a van that fits your needs. Tom’s knowledge is second to none. The handover took me from a novice to feeling like a seasoned caravan owner. When the time comes, I will be returning.
After a previous poor experience at another dealer. Tom and the team certainly restored our faith in caravan dealers. Could not recommend this place enough to anyone. Tom is friendly, polite and makes anyone feel welcome and valued to be there. Great knowledge of caravans and great customer service. Will be back again in the future.
The service we received from Tom and the team at Tees Valley Carvans was excellent. The communication throughout was perfect and when we went to view the caravan it was clean and as described on the phone. Very happy with our purchase and would have no problems returning to Tom in the future.
