Phoned taxi said i had to wait 1 hour wich was ok but didnt come in 1 hour came 30 mins late so 1 hour and 30 mins i had to wait shocking been a customer for 10 years

biggest liars in the world would make costumers in any way they lie a lot to make costumers they’d say 10 minuets for your taxi and you get it in 25 minuets

Terrible , one of the worst taxi companies in the area,at time of writing 40 minutes late and after 6 calls to office no sign of taxi, so not sure what else to say. Had a brilliant night that was completely ruined by a company that is supposed to pride itself on its customer service, basically a company that's single role is to move you from a to b that can't find or manage to get to a is pointless. Look forward to Uber arriving locally and putting these clowns out of business Ps the one star is only because no stars ✨ is an option
