Great fun, very well managed by the pit crew. Carts very well kept, all electric so really clean and quiet. Track was a bit slippy but great for over steer/drifting corners. Good time had by daughter and dad.
We had a team prize and this was money spent well. Do the grand Prix it's the best thing to do here. All members of staff were fantastic and made this the best event or the year for The Fuel Store. Definitely will do this again
Thanks to colleague Lane for sharing his energy and enthusiasm for Laser Tag. Even though Karting seemed the main bestseller, the Laser Tag was a trip down memory lane to the nineties when I was doing this activity with my youth club in my teens.
My son had his Birthday party at TeamWorks Birmingham. We booked their Racing Simulators and the entire group had a brilliant time. The simulators are great, really realistic, and lots of fun to race. Keegan, our host, was great, he set everything up and made sure it was perfect at every point for the kids. I would recommend this and definately will come back again.
The boys had a great time on the track with battery powered karts that were quick and responsive and easy to drive. The staff were helpful and friendly and were safety conscious too. We had the pizza package, the food was tasty and very hot, all were happy. My only gripe was the results on screen weren't really tailored to our team and although my email address was registered via the booking the race results didn't get sent to me, I'm not sure if I should have entered it again whilst on site. Other than that it was a successful visit and would recommend.
We booked a session for 10 of us on a Friday evening and were surprised we were the only ones there, however we soon found out why. We had not been told when booking it that the track was in no way useable, it was the equivalent of driving on an ice rink. The second you put your foot down, even in a straight line, you would go sideways. It made the whole event frustrating and disappointing for the price paid. Having raced at competitors tracks around the country I would recommend anywhere but here. The only positive were the staff were helpful.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my group and I had at your go-karting venue We were a group of four, including children who were very excited about the go-karting experience. Upon arrival, we promptly paid the required fees, expecting a fun-filled session. However, we were informed only after the payment that we would be limited to just 20 minutes of go-karting. This was quite shocking and disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent. The children were particularly let down, as they had been looking forward to this activity for days. What added to our dissatisfaction was the lack of an apology or any form of compensation for the reduced time. We felt that the situation was handled poorly and did not meet the standards of customer service we expected. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a partial refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We believe this would be a fair resolution and would help restore our faith in your venue.
Arnie, Tyler and Daeron were great hosts and made sure we had a really enjoyable time and a good laugh! Definitely good value for money and we will be going again
Fantastic time! Think it was 3 laps, nice place, good turns and fun trying to beat each others times. The workers were great too, super friendly, specifically: Ben, Tyler and Arni.
Fantastic night , great atmosphere and the food was lovely, very friendly staff couldn’t do enough, the racing was brilliant have been before and will definitely be returning again , thanks for a fantastic night .
