Great Monday on the track. Staff friendly and helpful and ensuring safety at all times. Will be coming back again.
This a great Teamsport track, the staff are fantastic, warm welcome, the juniors in the academy race are all great kids and very fast. Not one yellow flag in a 20 minute hectic race is very impressive. I put this down to the Marshalls setting out the rules and the drivers respecting them.nnHuge well done Teamsport Leeds, we will definitely be back.nnKeep up the great work guys
Most of the staff were lovely but overall I had a very bad experience.nnI told all staff members I encountered that I was very nervous before and most were very willing to explain anything I needed, but the man who was on the ramp getting us into our go karts was not helpful. He didn't check I was secure in my seat and seemed annoyed that I had so many questions. Worryingly, he seemed to be the one in charge.nnMy first 15 minute go went okay, but for the second 15 minutes I crashed and came out of my seat and badly injured myself. The man in question came over and told me I needed to drive back to the pit but I said I really do not want to, I am in pain and shaken up. I asked if he could drive the kart back instead and he said 'it will cause me a lot of extra paperwork but I can't make you drive back.' To which I told him I would absolutely not be getting back in the kart and driving any further, and he was annoyed about this.nnI spent the whole of the next day in A&E with a suspected broken ankle. Luckily it is just a bad sprain but my entire leg has been in pain since, I am covered in bruises, and I am on crutches.nnNot one member of your team logged the incident despite me saying I have really hurt my ankle and no one checked me over. I believe my injury wouldn't have been so bad if I was secure in my seat no one told me about the seat inserts until after my accident.nnOverall I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
This karting venue has an excellent track. The pits are on another level, so part of the track is in a tunnel, and there's a mini fly-over also. We had a lot of spins and bumps, so unfortunately, there were a lot of yellow and red lights, which you have to slow or stop altogether. There is plenty of parking around the building and a bar to buy drinks.
Best experience, son's 11th birthday. We ordered food afterwards the guys were a bit short staffed but it didn't change the customer service. 5*. Very friendly and helpful
