Very professional and friendly service. Bought an absolute belter of a triumph Tiger off them. Will definitely be going back when I'm ready to upgrade.
Tried to sell my bike to team roberts when it was coming to the end of its pcp. All seemed good at first was told they would buy it and would give top book for it. I was told it would be picked up that week and and somebody would contact me later that day. I was called later on by the director for some more details and told i would be called back in 5 minutes. Nobody rang so I called the next day and could tell they wernt really interested again i was told they will call me back. I called again the next day and was told they would call me back and again nothing. The same happened on the third day after they realised their underwriters wouldn't give what they offered. Definitely a case of over promising under delivering. Only seem interested when you are buying from them.
Collected my new to me Honda nc750 today, Great experience, cracking team would recommend to anyone, Oliver was very professional and even offered to sort the tax out for me, i was offered a very reasonable price on my trade in too very pleased.
Brilliant service. I bought a bike remotely and they handled the whole thing perfectly including communication and delivery. Thanks to Oliver for all his help
Went in to have a look at a couple of bikes and found Paul really helpful and chatty and got a great trade in deal for my new Bonneville. Bike was delivered within 2 days too

Great to deal with, bought my last bike from Team Roberts. Fast, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Good aftersales/warranty work carried out without quibble. Always seem to have a nice selection of used stock too.
Brilliant atmosphere, lovely people. Even got a bike out to let me try it for size.....Will go again.
If you want a Triumph there is nowhere better to come. First class service all the way, Paul is a real gent and do you a good deal that will have you coming back for years. Nothing too much bother, great bunch. Thanks
Great service for remapping my bike after fitting Trident exhausts to my Sprint ST. Staff very friendly and accommodating and some stunning machines in the very modern showroom. Definitely recommend a visit, cheers guys
