Absolutely appalling service. 10 days ago I called to order coffee beans, hot chocolate and cleaning tablets. After 4 days of constant calling and leaving messages that nobody responded to, I finally spoke to someone who placed a next day delivery for Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and went and no delivery. After much chasing of the Saturday delivery it finally arrived on Wednesday. And guess what? No Coffee. NO COFFEE!! The box of chocolate was also short by 2 bags. Customer services could not give a hoot that I've been without coffee to sell for 7 days. I should've know better as the service has been shocking for months, but this is the last straw. Today I've placed a next day delivery order with a fab company and I'm saying goodbye to Tchibo forever.
The Tchibo US company sold us a used machine as new and will not return call after numerous messages and email trying to rectify the situation. The machine does not work and has coffee residue it's supposed to be new inside. You can not get a live person on the phone only leave a message. They send an email that someone will contact you and they never do. DO NOT buy their $500 coffee machine.
Never get them into the contract. They swallow almost everything from you. Ver poor customer response. Delaying purposely to respond as long as they can. they keep on adding their invoices either you use the machine or machine broken. They never care about you. also they well play and not taking responsibility. If you call customer service, they forward you to the manager. Manager pretend like he does not have responsibility. Again he forward you to the team. In this play they can drag you 2 to 3 months to raise your invoices. Well playing company.
Worst online shop service ever. Awaiting refund for over 2 weeks now. At the beginning they've lied to me and niw ignore my emails. Horrible service. Don't buy anything from them. Any other retailer is better than Tchibo UK.
Great company and great coffee. Have visited the sight a number of times and have been given wonderful coffee from their main bar area. The machines offer business a great and easy way to generate money from automated coffee cups, which do work out profitable compared to other coffee companies.
Used to be amazing. Always next day delivery and good customer service. Now delays and poor customer service. Lady in customer service needs sacking. Last time I use them.
They forget to invoice you for months and then threaten legal action despite having no records of any orders ever being placed, or signed delivery sheets........and the credit control team lack basic manners.
Terrible online shopping on Turkey. Before go back home I have ordered online bed for my baby. 12 days past I have only half of that half of bed is missing. I am calling them since 5 days nobody know where the bed is. I go back for Christmas no place to sleep my baby. It is understandable why they do not have online or shops in UK to sell other staff.
Extremely poor. Was sent the wrong item. We returned the item on November 5th for them to say they don’t even have the right item in stock. Am still waiting on a refund!! Phones were down, tried to contact multiple times. We’re told last month the refund would be processed in three working days. Still waiting. Would not recommend. Also they used a whole 40cm long box with extra packaging to send us a box of coffee filters 15cm length. Unimpressed.
If you want to risk your money and waste your time that's the way to go. Shop online and wait for it. If There's nothing or you had damaged item, give them a call but no one picks the calls, if someone picks the person is never a responsible person who has no access the info you need. If you patient enough you'll get a call back with a completely different altitude and solve your issue. if you trust and fool again to shop, whole circle starts from zero. We did use their service only 5 times but they never managed to send the right items or items in acceptable conditions nor managed to send the actual order.
