Needed help to guarantee my daughter’s mortgage application. The chap at TSB Truo was exceptionally helpful and after proving my identity and made my visit fast and painless. Well done

Applied to transfer my account to TSB. Received a letter asking me to "bring this letter with you, along with proof of identity and address ". Arrived 11.12 one person being service watched clock until 11.22 an d was then attended to- that was fine nice to see the previous customer was being dealt with thoroughly. My turn now, id photocopied and told they needed to make a phone call in case there were any questions that needed to be answered. Told them I need to be elsewhere at 11.45 and told it would not take long. Introduced to Manager who was to make the phone call. At 11.40 after him being on the telephone to what I presume to be TSB head office and they had still not even answered we are talking a TSB branch to TSB- with a 13 minute wait for them to even answer the phone which had not been answered in that time, I said I could give him a couple more minutes for them to answer only to be told that when they answered it would take longer than a couple of minutes. I DO understand about FRAUD, my letter from them did not state any of this just to take some ID to the branch. He told me to come back another time, which I will not have time to do, a special journey was made to do this and would think that a passport and driving licence and my face is ID enough. I left the premise and told him I would not be returning and would transfer my monies elsewhere!
