Superb quality, locally made ice cream with no artificial colours or additives. It is truly delicious. The white chocolate and honeycomb flavour is a particular favourite in our household. Highly recommend!

Bought this brand from Pooh Corner in Hartfield. In spite of the so called zero artificial additives the sorbet was sickly sweet and syruppy. Could have done with more water, which ironically would increase their margins!  Suffice to say despite it being Paddock Woods best it didnt quite live up to expectation. Maybe next time?

Bought from our local farm shop near sittingbourne Kent. It's the only selection of flavoured icecream they stock. The first time we bought 2 pots and one had a long human hair embedded in it, this was a few months back. Today as much as I was apprehensive about buying again my partner and son wanted some icecream and I was heading to the local shop. Low and behold a second long human hair embedded in the icecream in my 3 year olds bowl, only noticed after we had all eaten some... Discusted. Icecream in the bin, I won't be buying this ever again. Someone there is moulting and not wearing a hair net, what are the chances!!!! Makes me wonder what other basic food hygiene protocols arnt being adhered too. Justin.

I have tried several varieties of Taywell ice cream.  Each has been excellent but I particularly like the Lemon Sorbet and the Christmas Pudding.  You can't beat genuine ingredients!

Tried the vanilla madagascan vanilla ice cream, thought it was tasteless and overpriced. The small piece of plastic which is supposedly a spoon was embedded in the ice cream, which was difficult to remove and you ended up sticky from getting it out. Will not be having again

OMG. This place is just AMAZING. Literally, the ice cream tastes so good. I am such an idiot for not realising that I lived 5 minutes away from this awesome place. There was a queue, but it was worth it.
