This was my first contact with the Taylors Agents ......and I will say, I will like to contact them again during my mortgaging. Niki, Katie , Natasha and anyone who have responded to me when ever i called were such a kind and diligent workers who portrait and show value to clients. You guys were exceptional! Well done!
**AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS** After one year of private renting with Taylors I can confidently say I will never be using them again. They simply do not care about the property they are meant to look after and manage. Any issues you report they will disregard them completely. I had to report them to my local council due to the unliveable conditions they had put me in. Contacting them is pretty much impossible. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. After my tenancy finished they tried to charge me hundreds of pounds in cleaning fees. However I had the property professionally cleaned like they had advised me to do so since having pets. Even when I provided them with the invoice they still charged me a smaller fee for cleaning. The property was left in a much better state than what it was in when I moved in. Taylors expect the property to be perfect when you leave but is far from that when you moved in. They will do anything to not give you back the full deposit.
We want give our heartfelt THANKS to whole Taylors MK team. I have to specially call out Regan and Rob. Both of them helped me the way that any words will be less to describe. They are passionate, polite, down to earth, extremely helpful and goes way n beyond every single second. We have been blessed enough to get a change to work with Regan and Rob. They have become like a family with the help they have provided. BIG THANKS Regan and Rob ! You are SAFE with Taylors and they will keep your dream alive !
We have been renting with Taylors for close to a year now and I wanted to make special mention for all the help and support we have received from Nikolina and Katie through this time. They have both gone out of their way a number of time through the past year to help us out with issues that possibly don't even fall under their remit. We have had some issues with the property but I genuinely feel that they have both tried their absolute best and more to help fix these. Thank you so much Nikki and Katie! :

Worst, third class, cheap service by them. They scam in the name of cleaning. We have to keep sending followup mails and call multiple times to get our deposit back. Even then, they took almost 3 months to return it. @Taylors: I am not expecting your zero value sorry and response.

Taylors went above and beyond to assist us with finding the perfect property. Although we weren't in Milton Keynes and we had a limited time, the entire process was very smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Natasha , she is very helpful
DO NOT RENT WITH TAYLORS, We rented for 1 year with Taylors. Once we moved in we realised we had no heating and no hot water. We informed Taylor’s and their response was “Well you’ve signed the contract now, you can’t leave’”. For six months we fought to get our hot water and heating fixed but they would just ignore our emails and calls. We had to resort to contacting the private sector council who would force Taylors to take action. Temperatures inside the house would not go above ten degrees and that’s with the heating on for a numerous hours. Once you’ve signed the contract with Taylors they will no longer care about your well being or the living conditions of the property they manage.
I contacted Taylors office when I was looking for a house to rent and I had a pleasant time as one of a kind Madam Natasha was very helpful true to her word she delivered what she promised. ie prompt and detailed response and queries. Thank you Taylor’s sales and letting agents.
