Couldn't ask anymore of this garage. They have always been polite and there to help me and my husband when we need them. We have been using them for the last 4 years and the service we receive is first class. I used to work local to this garage when using them and I still travel from my home address in Colchester to use them. They look after my Ford and my husbands Audi. I recommended this garage to my friends and family are happy with the service they provide. .

Just had two tyres and wheels tracked, was in and out with no problems. Nice waiting area and friendly staff. oh yeah great hot chocolate as well. thanks for your help. Will use them again for sure.

Terrible garage! They advertise themselves as specialists and that they repair cars to the highest standard - rubbish! Took my car there after water damage and was told it would cost £80 to diagnose, I agreed. Was later contacted and told if they change the air filter, air mass sensor, the engine oil and filter all for £343.00 the car would be ok. I agreed. The car lasted 94 miles and put a conrod through the side of the engine. A highly linked fault with water getting in the engine. I contacted the garage and asked if they would consider refunding the money we spent with them. They refused. Not even a good will gesture. Top prices for a terrible job. Find another garage.

What can one say ! Taylors of Dunmow.! If your happy they're Happy If you pay their Fees, and diognosis charges They're happy If you write a good review They're happy If you don't complain, they're happy BUT As soon as none of the above, watch out. You will be intimidated, and taken to one side for a quiet word out of everyone's sight with no witnesses. You will be asked to take your business else where and never come back. You may even be offered 5% off if your lucky. If its nots the Taylor's way, its the highway, and god forbid you make a complaint or are not happy with the service or price. They will have an answer for everything, let you speak as if they are listening and then reply with something that shows they're were not listening at all. They will have you at this point, they will have your car, your keys, and a bill you have to pay! The front desk I have to say are always very polite, perfectly trained salespeople, which makes you think thats what your getting all round. If you want your car looked after, repaired, fixed, fairly with excellent aftercare then please listen to my advise. DO NOT GO HERE, go to a true dealership, otherwise you may pay for it in the end, even if just in stress or worry on how you may be treated at the end when you get the bill or if you have a problem. They are normally cheaper than a dealer for a reason !!!!!! then they will find something else miraculously wrong to charge you the extra. The dealerships will truly look after you in style, give you all the time in the world, and explain everything simply with no hidden surprises, myself and daughter made this mistake with Taylors and never again. To prove my point, wait for their reply to this, or even ask any local dealer of their customer feedback who went to them after experiencing Taylors. Its frightening.! Good luck everyone.

I came in this morning with and was told that a tyre change would be about 45 mins. They hadn't even looked at my car until an hour in to me waiting. I had hit a pot hole with some force (enough to destroy the tyre) so I requested some feedback to assure me that there had been no damage. I didn't get any feedback whatsoever. Didn't even bother telling me the tread depths and brake pad levels despite me seeing them measure them. In total the job took over 2 hours and the staff that I dealt with behind the counter refused to make eye contact with me. Very strange! Seemed very chummy with their regulars though.
