Polite and professional team! Olivia went above and beyond to find good tenants. Great communications and guidance, 8-day turnaround from photos taken to new tenants moving in. Very impressed.

Wouldn’t recommend no one for lettings with this company from £1300 you told me you will take £400 fee you took £550!? Just to let my property out day light robbery! Even the manager is a lost coconut doesn’t even know her role communication is poor the tenant wanted my washing machine & fridge she made me take it out & put it in the garage now i go inside the house the tenant says he wants it all with the additional cost hes happy to pay wasn’t said to the tenant from the estate agency absolutely disgusting poor service Before you become an estate agent educate yourself first then be an employee.

Having a few visits from other estate agents, we have decided to put our house on the market with Kishan at Taylors, he has truly impressed us how very sincere and patient was with all of our queries regarding the sale, this was one of the main reason we have went with Taylors over other agents.  Kishan has been highly professional & efficient throughout the whole process, he was always keen to assist, answered all our concerns and updated us regularly. Within 2 wks he has sold our house, even though completion was 9 months away he has managed to find a right buyer for us! He has made every effort with all conveyacer parties and went an extra mile by helping us to keep track with our new buy, his helpful attitude has definitely made a difference during the sale.

I would not recomend this agency to anybody. They will take your deposit, saying this is to cover the cost, pay the bills etc... But they will keep these monies in their pockets. It will be used as an aditional profit. Rude and arrogant.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kishan and the team for getting my purchase over the finishing line. I recommend these guys to every person and their dog who need an estate agent in the Northampton area! My purchase was complex and had a few twist and turns on the road to completion, but Kishan and the team were efficient, proactive and courteous at all times. They got the purchase completed and solved all issues promptly, with very little input from myself exactly what I hoped for!. Communication was perfect with regular updates and regularly pushing the conveyancers to keep the purchase progressing. I couldn't have asked for more from these guys! Seamless from start to finish.
