I got my new car from here VW Polo and love it, I've had no problems ever. I looked around for ages before buying this car but the guys in the garage were really helpful, sometimes as a young woman you can feel intimidated in car garages but they were genuinely caring and I got a good car in my budget. Would recommend to anyone.
Friendly staff when buying but their true colours show after they have your money. I bought a car 5 months ago which broke down after less than a month and when I called the garage they could not be less helpful. After getting it fixed elsewhere I have today taken it for a pre-mot check only to be told it's in an awful condition and has been that way for quite some time. It's so bad the mechanic called it "dangerous". Make sure you thoroughly check any car you're thinking of buying from there and have somewhere else to take it if it goes wrong.
From the minute I contacted after seeing car advertised they couldnt have been more friendly. When I went to view the car they were approachable and I didnt feel any pressure to buy the car. We even had a look around to see if there was anything else that met my needs and there was. I was left alone to make my decision and once I had done so they processed the sale with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They put an MOT on the car and it was ready when I needed it. When I thought there was a fault, they talked me through some steps on the phone which resoled it and it wasnt a car issue. Overall I'd rate them at 10 out of 10 and I would have no hesitation in being a returning customer. The car I got is on the money and it in as new condition. I couldnt be happier.
Worst after sales service ever! The car itself wasn't bad albeit they did polish the hell out of the car and after a few days you notice loads of little scratches that weren't visible before. The worst part is obtaining a record of the service that the garage themselves had performed. After 4 phone calls and 12 unanswered emails, I finally gave up. They are rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone.
I bought a Honda jazz car from Taylors six months ago and it has been excellent! Initially had a couple of minor problems but these were corrected by Taylors quickly and to my full satisfaction. I have had no problems whatsoever with the car since and would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend. Thanks!
Bought a Ford Automatic Zetec, had it less than 2 month, power steering went, took it back to the Garage, Salesman said only Engine and Gearbox Warranted, Cost me £600 to repair, paid £4,000 with repairs £4.600 would not recommend going there. 09 plate be lucky to get £2,500 for it now, loss of £2,000 in less than a year.
Bought a peugot 206 here and had problems from the very start with it. Had a massive dispute with them and found the car had been in a crash without being disclosed! After a month someone actually pulled me over and she mentioned the car was actually sent to be scrapped and confused why someone was driving around in it. AVOID THIS PLACE! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND CARE NOTHING AFTER THEY HAVE IT! VERY DODGY DEALER!
Looks like this place has closed down. If not, though, you must avoid at all costs. You will regret buying from here. Bought a car and a mere 9 days later, the exhaust pipe falls off. Of course, warranty won't pay and no way of returning to the garage. Obviously, they forgot to mention there'd be no after-sales service available. If you buy here, you will probably end up in court - which is where we'll be heading. Absolutely disgusted.
Al these negative reviews could have been written by me. Cannot begin to tell you what it cost me in stress. The worst garage in the world. I would not buy a wheelbarrow from them . Horrible slimy staff and horrible owner. Pleasant when they are selling then once it’s out of the garage that’s it. Lost a fortune on two cars. Yes I was stupid enough to give them the benefit of the doubt.mglad they are closed down . HATE THEM WITH A PASSION
We helped my son buy a car from Taylor's, unfortunately we hit a problem with it after one week but Gary and Alan looked after us very well and got the problem sorted with no quibble whatsoever. Excellent service and am very happy to recommend them.
