Excellent service from start to finish. My sale wasn’t the easiest and it certainly tested all the team and their skills. Emily in particular was outstanding and went above and beyond to help secure and finalise my sale. I was kept up to date every step of the way but if I ever needed to contact Emily and the team they were always very approachable and always happy to help.

If you're moving house I really recommend using Taylor Bracewell. Andrew Smith and his team are absolutely fantastic. The communication is 10/10 and I wouldn't be surprised if Andrew owns the world record for the fastest time to respond to an email.

Andrew was so helpful with the purchase of our property and would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family. Our purchase was not easy by any means, but Andrew was always on top of arising issues and there to provide constant updates.

Oh dear where do I start ? Whatever you do ….in this life make sure you don’t even consider using these solicitors in the Doncaster branch  …….they first quoted me a final figure then as the weeks went by they kept adding on £200 here or a £100 there …………plus as the sale went through they didn’t even pay my estate agents fee as they were meant to .. -  I then had the estate agent chasing me for non payment ….. …… very poor level of customer service ………I also felt as though anytime I called them I was a nuisance or a problem ……..and I was paying them…. My advice is Avoid at all costs.

AVOID!!! I had an appointment today to write a will at 1000. This was confirmed in writing by email. It was booked in November 2022 and I waited 3 months for the appointment. I also took a morning off work to have this appointment. The company had no appointment booked in with me and didn’t even know who I was. They came up with lots of excuses saying it wasn’t booked in but I have email evidence it was. There communication was awful and I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

Great service from Andrew and also Kirsten for the sale of my house and purchase of a new build property, always available to speak to or came back to me very quickly!

2 years for a simple transfer of property. Dealt with land registry myself after Mark Walton wasn’t interested in doing his job. Complaints can’t be made because as stated by Mark Walton ‘I’m a partner in the firm so it will fall on deaf ears!’ To finish it of they have lost my grandparents original deeds which hold a massive amount of sentimental value to the family. Wouldn’t ever use this firm again and I’d advise everyone else to stay clear. It’s not the same since the good staff left years ago.

I have just purchased my first home and decided to instruct Taylor Bracewell, due to the excellent service I knew they provided. This was exactly what I received.  I was assigned Andrew Smith who is extremely knowledgeable in his profession, friendly, professional and approachable. Andrew is surrounded by a fantastic team and I would like to also mention James Colquhoun for all his hard work and excellent communication throughout. Andrew helped and guided me along every step of the way from instruction to completion and was always on the other end of the phone or email, should I of had any questions or concerns.  Would highly recommend Andrew and his team at Taylor Bracewell for their efficiency, professionalism, communication and friendly 5 star service, which is hard to find these days and I will be sure you use them again.
