I found Heather and her team extremely helpful and approachable. I was just starting my new business and had no idea what to do. Taxsavers helped me every step of the way, and whenever I had a query or problem, they were very quick to respond. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me get through the first year of business and dealing with the hassle of HMRC for me!! They smoothed the financial process and let me concentrate on my actual business!! Look forward to many more years working together.

Initially very impressive and helpful. Unfortunately however, obvious mistakes were made on my accounts by Lisa and when these were asked to be corrected they still weren't. Upon mentioning my disappointment to Heather, it took nearly a month (and some prompting) to get an unsatisfactory, unhelpful response - which resulted in me finding a new accountant. Heather is very good at the sales pitch and signing up new customers - and I initially recommended her services to many people. However, I feel the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems and customer issues - which is not very well at Tax Savers.
