Used them for a couple of years. First year great. The owner John, was very hands on and they were efficient. One year on a change of ownership  ( no advance notification of this and only found out on visiting premises) and no response to e mail or returning calls. Eventually work was completed two months later than expected with various excuses as to why. Shan't use them again . Can only improve.

Having real difficulty with this company.

I have been really patient with them but no call backs when requested, no help at all. 

The change of ownership has clearly given rise to a lot of issues and changes of staff.

Avoid this company for now, you will be disappointed, I am left in limbo with my small company’s tax obligations, not good.

When you pay your hard earned money you expect some kind of result....... not here at all, my advice is put your trust in someone else.

Overpriced , under skilled , poor attitude when made serious mistakes regarding VAT and accounting, made no apologies and was told if I didn't like it go somewhere else!! avoid at all costs

Since the company changed ownership the company is terrible and has cost me a lot of money in mistakes and omissions. Terrible communication.

Since change of ownership had numerous late tax returns and never get emails or calls answered or returned avoid at all costs.
