One star seems too generous. We called them up and booked a car from Reigate to take us home. Not a long journey... We were quoted 10-15 minutes... After 25 minutes we were told the driver was just around the corner but would ring us. After another 10-15 minutes the car still hadn't appeared and we'd had no phone call, so we walked into Reigate town centre and found a taxi there... (I have a busted knee and wear a leg brace so that was highly comfortable.) 10 hours later we still haven't had a call to tell us where the car is...

Our friends were recommended Anytime Cars by the hotel they were staying in. The driver was nice and so we asked him to book another return trip later that evening. Just in case I also called the main office and confirmed booking. I was told by the main office that he would confirm and call back...he never did. I called the main office a further three times at half hour intervals....the phone was bot answered. Finally I used another phone with a different number..it was immediately answered this time. I asked what was going on. I was advised I could not bookings with a driver. I replied, that is why I phoned the main office. My request for a taxi was ignored. I had to make alternative arrangements with Roadrunners. My guests were finally collected. Don't be disappointed (and frustrated). Don't use this company.

Do not use if you have to be somewhere particularly quickly or want honesty! Called for a taxi at 8pm. Was told 10-15 mins. 30mins later, no taxi so called again. Was told the driver was 2mins away. Driver calls and says that he is 7-8mins away. 15mins later, still no show. Call driver to find out what's going on and he is now 1min away. Total wait time was nearly an hour and lied to pretty much throughout. Will never use again.

Absolutely. Awful. Avoid at all costs. Was told taxi was 10 minutes away and failed to turn up and chased after 30 minutes to be told we cancelled the cab which was a blanant lie. Re booked and still failed to turn up. We called every 10 minutes and were given excuses and ended up walking. When asked about complaints procedure were told To call 'Jeff' !! DO NOT USE
