Tax Assist had been helping with my tax return since 2008 and I was delighted with the service received until 2015. The franchise changed hands in 2015 and the service following this was very disappointing. The person handling my 2015-16 tax return was poorly prepared, on one occasion eating lunch at his desk at my appointment time. Documents were not prepared or printed in advance, queries were not addressed as promised, he did not respect my privacy (asking my anticipated income in an open office which was accessible to the public). I received a statement invoice dated 7 March 2018, 20 months after my 2015-16 return was submitted (and showing payment due on 28 February!), with no explanation or apology. It took three weeks to respond to my query regarding the work to which the invoice referred.

We can't rave about Shaun and his team enough, they have helped us massively with our accounts for the last 2 years and helped in producing them both within extremely tight deadlines forced upon us by the Insurance Company after our fire. Thanks to Shaun and Jackie we have been able to meet the demands forced upon us and are now waiting for the final settlement. Many thanks Shaun to you and your team in helping us above and beyond when called upon.

Friendly and professional service and fees are very reasonable too. Lloyd and the team have been great in helping me to get my business going and in helping me recover tax that I thought I'd lost. A very happy customer! Highly recommended.
