Took thousands and haven’t done a thing they were paid to do until almost two years later which has incurred extra charges then ignored all attempts of communication
Great Experience! Having used a different accountant who was disappointing I didn't know what to expect with Tax Assist. However Hannah and the team there have been fantastic. They have been very organised, with consistent reminders of upcoming deadlines etc. They have also worked really quickly to meet deadlines, and always been absolutely fantastic and easy to deal with.
A very distant service, efforts of contact go un answered for over a week. You feel like you are a bother when making an enquiry about something and nothing is explained properly as well as tax returns not being submitted but tell you they have. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and hire another firm.
Having used Tax Assist for many years now, we are much impressed with the service of Louise and team Sylvia Hill
