Very Expensive for the work they carry out, John Mayer invoiced me for work carried out which I specifically requested not to be done. Tries to bamboozle you with paper work and figures when you question the work.Would be very foolish to use this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Would not recommend this company. Late doing paper work very expensive. John Mayer is not very friendly or helpful.

John Mayer, Excell Accountants TA Tax Assist Weston Super Mare, now have a CCJ against them. It has been proven in court that we were charged for a years books that were never completed. We were charged TWICE for the same work and then when we queried it a credit was meant to be tup on our account. Credit WAS NEVER put on. Was proven John Mayer purposely and knowingly refused to refund money owing and fraudulently invented invoices to avoid paying us money. Even the judge called him a liar saying he could not now believe a single word he said. ONLY USE THIS FIRM IF YOU WISH TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Over Charge, for work not carried out, charge twice for same invoice. Cost over £14000 for 4 years work. Got bank records to prove. Charges kept being added. BE CAREFUL... BOASTS ABOUT WHAT HE CAN DO BUT CAN NOT DELIVER

Tax Assist are in many ways nothing like your average accountants. They are highly professional, yet personable, welcoming and friendly. I have recently set up a new business and I cannot fault the support and service I have received. John and his team are always willing to give their time for training and advice for no extra fee. Knowing they are always on hand to help has been a massive bonus and I couldn't have bought this business without them. Thank you Tax Assist!
