Very pleased with the services provided by the vets & staffs involved especially vet Claire Willis. My pug was admitted for emergency issue, though I was very worried and stressed with the whole situation .. vet Claire W and the staffs have been very patience, understanding and caring towards us. With constant updates as promised which was a great comfort for us especially me. They are gems to the practice! My dog is not just a pet but our family too.Thank you
The Taverham veterinary is excellent. We were delighted that we were asked to bring our pet in as he was in pain and received immediate attention. They were kind and very friendly and gave us all the help we needed regarding our cat. The treatment was excellent and he is recovering very well. Very good veterinary service.
I was really impressed with Taverham vets as even though they didn't have an appointment at our local practice they were able to see our dog the same day at Taverham, which was a relief. The vet was empathetic and kind, asked all the right questions about symptoms and did an excellent job of examining him. We were able to have an open and honest discussion about options and a plan.
10/10 vets, my 5y cat got sick and they treated her lovely, and she is now back OK the mend, I had petplan insurance that taverham vets work with which saved me £7000 this year alone as well as about £1000 when she was a kitten. They removed multiple bladder stones through surgery, got her on painkillers and antibiotics, we went from our life falling apart to our baby home ahain in under 2 weeks would highly recommend this vet.
All the staff are friendly and welcoming, they are marvellous with both my cats and me! I was recommended to use Taverham vets and I pass that on. There has been a couple of times now where I have had an emergency and they have been quick to get an appointment arranged. Emailing or phoning they are quick to reply. Have used other vets and I have not found a better one!
Had our whippet spayed here via key-hole. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and their good advice puts you at ease. The surgery was quicker than I expected and we collected her by 2pm. She only has 2, 1 cm sized incisions which look barely noticeable. She was back to her spritly self the next day and the wounds are healing well.
Exceptional out of hours care with a fully operational team for my very sick dog. Kind, compassionate and excellent communication. Simply the best after hours care I've ever come across and I've had dogs for nearly 40 years. Thank you.
I have found all the staff whether Vet, Veterinary Nurse or Receptionist to be pleasant understanding and empathic. We all need a little kindness and understanding especially in these times. Would I recommend Taverham Veterinary Practice to anyone? Absolutely, without a doubt, with no hesitation.
