Fully agree with other 1* review. Purchased car. Went back with issues. Owner was very irate and claimed the car was fine until he saw the problem himself then backed down a little. Incredibly rude and hostile if there's a problem. Was fine when making the purchase of course. If I was spoken to like that now he'd have got a mouthful back. Avoid.
I highly recommend Taurus. I bought a car in April this year. No pressure whilst viewing it and allowed a test drive by myself. The car turned out to have a fault which has proved difficult to fix, however they could not have known about it and never once questioned whether it was covered by the warranty. First class customer service, non-pushy sales and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. When we need our next car I will certainly return.
What a great company to buy a car from! All I can do is echo all their previous good reviews. They genuinely want you to have a good car at a good price and do all in their power to make it so. Special thanks to Dan. Would highly recommend.
My first dealings with Taurus motors definitely not my last. Customer service is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of extras tax, warranty, service, mot and fuel. Customers are made to feel so special and valued. Others could learn a lot by their example. I cannot recommend Taurus highly enough. If i could give a higher rating I would. I phoned this morning to say my car door rubber seals had come adrift and was asked to bring the car in. As I said I'm selling it in the near future, they saved me the cost of new ones by glueing the old ones back into place properly. Not only that, let us just say the charge was negligible. Full marks chaps, for being so customer FOCUSED, lol! Brilliant treatment
My family and I have bought cars almost exclusively from Taurus over the past 20 years. They are always good quality and well maintained. But it's the after service from Mike the owner which you will get nowhere else. Always prepared to get his on site mechanics to solve any issues you have, no matter how long you've had the car. If a bigger problem he uses an extensive number of contacts to make sure you're on the road as quickly as possible. You're always looked after.
Ive bought all my cars for the last 20 years from Taurus … Mike and his team are amazing and so helpful . Customer service is above and beyond and nice to use an independent, local , family business
Recently bought a car from Taurus Motors and was very impressed with the customer service, both Mike and Dan were really friendly and helpful. The car was well-priced and Mike ensured it had 12 months MOT, 2 brand new tyres and a couple of dents knocked out before I picked it up, for no additional costs. Thanks both!
I can't speak too highly of Mike the owner and Daniel who run Taurus. Bought my first car there in 1996 and still get my cars there 22 years on, as do all my family. You're guaranteed a good deal and more importantly after sales care which is second to none, you really are looked after and it gives you peace of mind. This is something you won't get from any other car dealer believe me, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Give them a look-in next time you're changing motors.
