Have changed the rule for non swimmers yet still closing off two lanes on a busy Saturday morning??!!! Literally shared around one tenth of the pool with half of Taunton. Manager rude, it’s very restricting, not inclusive to people with disabilities, only half the showers work, taps don’t work at all and hardly any lockers. Place is awful and nobody seems to care.

Need to pick a good time to swim. Discounted for students and unemployed. Staff have been friendly and helpful.

One of the teenage staff told my daughter to hurry up, because the pool was closing while she was combing her hair after the swim. He quickly left the changing room before I had chance to speak to him. Naturally I do not expect inexperienced teens like this to identify the fact she is autistic and deaf, but I'm sure he felt like a clever boy at the time. The session itself was overcrowded and supervised by zealous, whistle-swinging school leavers. In fact, they evidented a real passion for sounding their whistles (they probably needed training on which end to blow) seemingly every time someone dared to breathe. Needless to say we will not be coming here again. For any management that are bothered to read this, I suggest you get your brattish staff under control and teach them to behave.

Friendly and informative Receptionist. Spotlessley clean changing area and showers. Modern and the pool is at a decent temperature. Pleasant experience overall.
