James is an excellent osteopath. He really takes the time to explain the causes of pain and my back pain has pretty much gone now. The treatments have really helped my posture and stopped my headaches. I can’t remember the last time my back felt so consistently good. There are payment plans available that make the treatments extremely competitively priced compared to other osteopaths. Jess the receptionist is very helpful and makes you feel really welcome. Brilliant all round service!

When I first visited James at Taunton Health, I had been suffering with intermittent bursts of intense lower back pain (the result of a pretty stupid weight room injury) for over 5 years. James explained why I had been having the issues that I was having in recovery, and was very quickly able to identify the key stress points in my spine. He also added to my knowledge of the Central Nervous System and the effect it has on our wellbeing, strength and energy output, which was awesome! What started out in my head as a "quick fix" for a long-standing lower back pain issue has now become an integral part of the way I look after my body and my health. I can't thank James enough for the work he has done with me so far and would definitely recommend his service.

After suffering for years with migraines James was recommended to me so I went along. I haven't looked back, I have had to take 1 migraine tablet in 6 weeks where I was taking them every few days with not much relief. I see James regularly and have definitely noticed a difference in not only my headaches but also my general posture and well being. I would recommend James without a second thought. There is no need to suffer when Taunton Health are available to help.

I would highly recommend Taunton Health. Although apprehensive initially in trying treatment by an Osteopath I should not have worried. Treatment has been pain free and very effective, I have been very happy with my progress. James and Jess are friendly and professional and James is very knowledgable and reassuring. He agreed a treatment plan with me and evaluation is ongoing. Do not hesitate to book an assessment with Taunton Health.

I attended Taunton Health in the hope that my problem with headaches could be helped. After talking with James, and with him demonstrating with a model spine, it made a lot of sense that I could be helped. After several consultations with James, I am delighted to report a significant improvement in my headache problem and I am quietly confident, that with further visits and advice my problem will be improved even further.
