We rented a few of our properties through Tatlers for which the lettings team were great.  We opted for management service and are exceptionally happy with Eve who is our point of contact. I rented through Tatlers and found them very helpful from beginning to end.  Eve was my point of contact after moving in and she was exceptionally good at what she does. No problem was too big for her, she always dealt with everything very promptly.

We sold our house through Tatlers in late 2023, and it is best to break the process into three phases.  First was the meet-n-greet; fairly standard stuff - putting faces to names, going through Ts&Cs understanding market conditions, the overall process and stages, timings, costs, setting expectations. Tatlers were open, courteous and responsive, and everything was open to discussion and negotiation. Same with photographing the house, brochures, listing off-market, etc. - all went off without a hitch and extremely smoothly.  Second came the viewings, and Tatlers really swung into gear! The viewers they brought in were serious buyers for whom our home really fit the brief, and there were open and productive conversations about how to take things forward. Tatlers also stepped in and actively moved the negotiations along when needed, and were always available to provide timely advice and sound counsel.  The third and final stage was after we accepted the offer - and this is where Tatlers truly excelled; Michael Luckhurst managed the process, and he was utterly exceptional. He managed the entire chain's buyers, sellers, lawyers and conveyancers, and somehow managed to keep everyone sane and engaged - me most of all!  The sale almost fell through due to what can only be politely described as crass stupidity on the part of some of the key players, but Michael managed to keep it alive and was instrumental in shepherding everyone and getting the sale done - even though it took a further 10 weeks. His tenacity, tact and diplomacy, communication and attentiveness made all the difference in a very challenging situation.  I'd absolutely use Michael and the Tatlers team again, no doubt.

I rented my property through Tatlers and opted for management as I wanted the stress taken away from me.  Eve has been an absolute godsend, not only does she know her stuff, she is incredibly efficient, proactive and very fast responding.  Highly recommend
