We have used Tastys quite a few times but tonight was a total joke. The delivery took longer than normal 1 hour 10 mins but we don’t mind waiting. The food arrived and the order was wrong and the food was cold. We called up and spoke to them and they tried to tell me I was wrong and the order was correct. I then get passed onto another chap and I explained it all again. He apologised and said he would leave a credit for 1 kebab fir next time. What about this wrong cold order. It was like getting blood out of a stone. Kebabs in the bin and too late to eat now. No offer of another order to be sent out. So time to order food at another place. We will never use you again and keep my £16.00 and enjoy it. #shockingcustomerservice #avoidtastysternhill

We were really pleased with tastys at first.  Last couple of orders have been awful.   Hardly any meat.  Rang to complain.  Left several messages for the manager.  No response at all.   You've lost our  business.  Cheers for that

Bad food again ask for no chilli on kebab all over it salad just cucumber and a bit of onion ?cost £20 for two !!!
