Bread is gorgeous cakes are fab staff very friendly lovely place to go for your goodies
Beautiful old fashioned bakery shop. Freshest of cakes and breads daily. Wonderful staff who all know the importance of customer service. If you don't see your favourite, just ask and it will be made for you. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
Prices of every day items such as breads and rolls are excellent. I especially like these small cakes they call "fancies" with different bright colors. I'd show you a picture but they never last long enough. They make a nice black forest gateau as well.

Old style bakery, great cakes and bread on offer baked that morning. Great for birthday cakes, the black forest is usually really good.
The cakes from there very very fresh and I delicious but I wouldn't go there every day because you will pull on the weights just to let you know they do more than cakes
The staff in this place are lovely women and normally I've had a pleasant experience when I've popped in every now and again and I have also ordered a cake off them in the past vert short notice and they were so accommodating. But unfortunately today, they've lost a customer. I had emailed them over a WEEK ago over simply just a PRICE on a cake. Heard nothing after a couple days, so I sent ANOTHER email asking if they had received my first email. Still nothing, so I decided to walk down to them and talk to them in person, maybe there was a muck up with my email. Turns out, they HAD received my email, and didn't have the decency to get back to me due to the fact that my cake was basically too much detailed for them to make and that the baker wouldn't have enough time keeping in mind here that I didn't need this cake until SEPTEMBER, hence why I was asking way in advance. The baker herself didn't have the decency to come out to even speak to me in PERSON, one of the staff in the shop had to go up and down with a photo and she had to tell me what the baker said and her exact words were 'not a chance' about making this cake for me. I felt this was very unprofessional on the bakers side, and personally feel that SHE should of came out to speak to me in person myself and maybe we could have compromised and came up with an easier design for her to do, at the end of the day I just had a picture as an example. Disgusted, annoyed and won't be giving her my service again. Ballyfermot needs more Cake Shops.
Omg Iwe were so disappointed with our made to order cake we ordered jam and butter cream absolutely no jam and very little cream the sponge was so dry no taste and basically that's all it was a plain sponge very very disappointed will not be back the standard has dropped a lot for 65 euro I would have be better going to supervalu would have got a lot better for half the cost
