Stopped on my way home on a Friday night, have ordered from here before and always good food. They were very willing to make a dish slightly different to the one on their menu which suited us. Very good customer service and will certainly go back in the near future.Food: 4/5
Placed the order at 7.50pm and our order arrived at 9.20 cold. I had special fried rice and bbq sauce and it was tasteless. Normally good food here, but this was rubbish didn’t eat it so waste your of money.
Ordered at 740pm and after several phonecalls of which I was told food was on the way but never turnt up. Eventually phoned and cancelled the order at 2230 No customer service, no apology Wouldn't recommend here
Do not bother. Ordered an hour and a half ago. Driver called me 30 minutes ago to say she was outside I went outside and no sign. She then said she was ‘4 minutes away’ called the takeaway and asked what was happened who said they would call the driver and never called me back. I had tk call back and they said the driver had gone to longwell green!!!!! 20 minutes away! I only live 5 minutes away from this place. I then said I don’t want 30 minute old cold food into which they offered to ‘reheat for me’. Cancelled the order straight away. Thanks for wasting our time
Ordered at 19:28. Food arrived at 21:32. The estimated order time was 20:30. Called up at 20:30 and we were still waiting, same thing again at 21:00. Food was marginal, surprised it was mildly warm not hot. Also not the best tasting, some stuff was very off what we ordered. Would never order again
As a family we have ordered from this restaurant for the last 13 years and in the last few years quality has really gone down.everytime we order we keep saying its the last time but nostalgia keeps us going back or to be disappointed again. Last order was over 2 hour late being delivered.today we gave them a go again.stale chips and missing rice.called to complain, the customer service horrible.The chap accused us of lying about his chips and said he would.. and I quote.. "sue us for slander". To their credit we did get a replacement delivery but given the horrible attitude on the phone I would not put it past them to have tempered with the food... and they asked for the stale bag of chips back. Safe to say I think my family is finally done with this horrible restaurant.
Do not order from here we ordered at 7:20 the food arrived at 8:55 called to see where our food was they said on its way and put the phone down absolutely Discusting the manners and the food
I used to always buy from this takeaway but I won’t be again. Ordered food twice recently. Both times it was late by at least 45 minutes and the quality has taken a nose dive. I used to order the same dishes on a regular basis but they have completely changed and are not very nice. The sweet and sour sauce was thick opaque and gloopy, I didn’t recognise the crispy chilly beef, which had no chilli and the beef curry was just not nice.
I order from here regularly and have never had a bad experience. The service is friendly and the delivery quick, the food is delicious and never greasy. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible! Ordered 8:05 called 9:20 to chase told that they had run out of noodles and it would be leaving the shop in 10 minutes! They called me at 9:50 to say they had no Chicken Nuggets! Surely they could have seen that at the time of order! I said dont worry you have taken so long my Son is in bed!! Turned up 10:15 and quite possibly the worst food I've ever been served! DO NOT BOTHER! If I thought I would get any where I would ask for a refund!
