At first the food seemed reasonably priced, with quite a small menu but all was well until i took my curry home. When i started to cut up the chicken in chicken tikka masala, the chicken was raw in the middle, completely pink-raw. When i contacted the restaurant, they claimed that this is how the dish should be served... AVOID unless you want Salmonella!

I have had a few takeaways from the taste of India now and  all I can say it's excellent,  nicely presented and always first class food.  Looking forward to eating inside the restaurant.

If its a bog standard Indian menu you want then this is for you mediocre on a good day -  before the menu was changed this was the best Indian in Aberdeenshire by a country mile  but seems bigger menu is better - it's a small kitchen so hard to see how the whole menu can be cooked fresh ???? Other Indian options are available and probably better

We have enjoyed a number of excellent carry outs and also lovely meals in the restaurant with excellent service from Waheed and the team

Equivalent to rishis, good value,  nice food. And I can walk to it..
