I have been attending Target Health Chiropractic Clinic for over a decade, and have never received anything but exemplary treatment. I have been a regular patient of both Daniel and Ezra, and have found them to both to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly, able to instantly put you at ease. I would actually say I look forward to my treatments, as they are as pleasant and personable as they are affective. Before I was a patient both of my parents had regular treatments with Daniel for many years, and would travel to receive treatment from the South Coast. I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.

New patient here and the service is PHENOMENAL! The receptionist was quick to answer the phone, was able to book me in, on the same day, was incredibly lovely and sweet in helping me get seen and even sent me their patient form online so I could complete it before attending my appointment. I had my consultation and adjustment with Ezra who was wonderfully accommodating, kind, funny and completely eradicated any anxiety I had about visiting a new practice! He talked me through exactly what he was doing, explained things I didn't understand, created a plan for me for future appointments and my own personal wellness and after just one appointment I was left feeling so much better! I would definitely recommend this service to my family, friends and anyone else who's seeking similar treatment!
I've been using Target Health for over a decade. Since my initial treatment for acute disk pain I continue to visit several times a year for checkups and back/posture maintenance. I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Fantastic practice and great clinic.
I had my first appointment and my first ever chiropractor treatment by Ezra yesterday. I was so nervous but he ensured me everything would be ok and he was right. Ezra has a very friendly personality and a good sense of humour. I have a trapped nerve and after only one session I can already feel the difference! I can wait for my other sessions! Thank you so much Ezra.
Daniel has been helping me since before I had my two children, being a mobile hairdresser standing on my feet constantly and having back issues he really helped. Then I seen him during my pregnancy and after my having my children he really really helped. Every time I see him I walk out feeling relief and taller! He’s always very warm personal and you can approach him about any of your problems you’re experiencing and he has a solution. He is so knowledgeable extremely professional and knows his work inside and out. I couldn’t possibly recommend him enough. The reception staff are always so helpful friendly welcoming and will do anything to get you an appointment if they can fit you in. I’ve often had to be put on the waiting list if I wanted an appointment as soon as possible and 9 times out of 10 they call me back and get me booked in. So as a whole all I can say is they are extremely professional helpful friendly practice. 5stars+
Ezra is a life saver - been in discomfort for quite a while, and just felt old and tired, all the joints and bones felt they seized up and was getting problems everywhere - feet, ankles, hips, lower back, shoulders, neck. A family member recommended Target Health, as I had been to another local Chiropractors, and they had quoted me a very hefty fee for 24 sessions to start off with - which I thought was a bit excessive. Met with Ezra - who from the start was friendly, informative, very professional and explained everything he was doing along the way - and to top it off, he is is just a decent person.
Have been seeing Daniel Cheung since October 2022. Best thing that has helped me for a long time should have gone to him a lot sooner as advised by my chiropractor who is now practicing overseas!. Before I saw him I had pain and problems mobilising due to chronic illness and had been bed ridden for nearly 3 weeks due to back pain. After the first session felt immeasurably better in that I was able to get out of bed so much more easily. I have now reduced my visits to 3-4 weekly out of my own choice and have started to feel so much better as my general pains are so much better and I can attempt to start living a little bit at a time . Doug who covers reception and I am sure a lot of other things towards the smooth running of the practice, is most helpful, kind and supportive in making your journey very pleasant and stress free. Would recommend this team most highly to anyone
Suffering chronic back/neck problems. Had treatment from Daniel. Treatments alleviated my problems. Now I see Daniel for maintenance treatments. Daniel always been friendly, courteous & always give life style tips. Saved me taking painkillers medication. Thanks
I have been visiting Daniel at Target Health for a few years now - he is my go to holistic healthcare practitioner for maintenance and if I have any niggles in the body I need help with. As well as being a gifted chiropractor, he has a great sense of humour and I always leave the practice feeling wonderful.
