Popped in for a drink and loo break, ended up doing some shopping. Good selection of outdoorsy stuff, I bought a reasonably priced Weird Fish top, they have plenty of other items, not just clothes. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Poor parking for motorhomes and not dog friendly. Not really much of a welcome as we wanted to break up our journey with a shop and a coffee. However being neither a coach or a car we didn’t know where to park. Then to be hit with old fashioned ‘no dogs’ rule meant for a soggy stay outside for me and small dog. Not welcoming
When we came here as I stepped out of the car I slipped on the ice and ended up flat on my face. The car park was like an ice ring. I told the young lady on the checkout who seemed to just brush off the fact the car park was so slippery. I asked for the accident book and the chap I assume to be the manager told me the car park had been gritted.‘I said I did not see how as it was like an ice ring and his response left me speechless. “It is winter”. Sandwich was nice tho.
Been here 3 or 4 times now, good range of garden / outdoor products, very good cafe tried everything from the breakfast to a piece of shortbread, all good. Recommended.
Stopped off here on our drive to Cairnryan for the Stenaline ferry to Belfast. Our first time in Tarff and I would recommend it. Good quality general store and good cafe with friendly staff.
Very good selection of clothing for outdoor wear especially for farmers or where you might want similar clothing. They also have farm and animal related products as well as items for horse riding. There is also a cafe too. My interest was outdoor wear for countryside walks that was hard wearing such as Hoggs and Tuff. Staff helpful to find products and sizes and to order in if necessary. Pleasant shopping experience. If this is the kind of things you want then this is the place.
Went to see dog coats for winter and staff very helpful allowing a fitting at the door. Really difficult to get the correct size normally but great customer service and products of quality.
Great store. Well worth a visit. Even if it's just for a cuppa.
Cafe has a great choice of good food. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Age to sit and relax. Quite a small store. Good prices
