We've always had takeaway up until now due to mega-lurgy. But tonight we decided to eat in. The food this evening was much better than takeaway probably just due to being absolutely fresh served.  I had lamb Madras and although not being as spicy hot as I would normally expect, it was very tasty and excellently cooked. My 2 cousins had lamb Korma and a chicken Tikka Massala. We had 2 vegetable dishes, 2 rice and 2 naan breads as well. I had a Tiger beer or 2 and we also had Vodka lemonade and a orange juice and lemonade.  Not only was the food well presented but was served piping hot and freshly cooked. The staff were well presented and pleasantly  attentive to our needs. It was Friday night and the restaurant was busy but not packed.  Would we go back? He'll yeah, most definitely and absolutely. A definite thumbs up from all 3 of us. We'll see you soon. Cheers and beers.  Parking: The car park was nearly full. It could do with a few more parking spaces, especially as it is out of town and local village.

I've been coming to Tarana for years and I've always had such lovely food from here. Definitely one of the best curry houses I've been to. Dining in service has always been fantastic and the staff are always so lovely and friendly. Even when we've ordered a take away food and service has always been amazing! I would definitely recommend Tarana to everyone and you will always have my business!

Really excellent - food was delicious with good portion sizes for the price. Service was attentive - not too long between sitting down, ordering and eating, but also didn’t feel rushed at all. Thanks for a great night!

Went to this restaurant with friends for the first time. Service was brilliant,  food was very nice and the entertainment was great.  First was the belly dancer , she was very good and next up was the abba tribute which was also very good. All in all a great evening out. Definitely going again  Parking: The carpark isnt very big so maybe get there abit earlier

Cemented itself as my favourite Indian restaurant in the local area. Food and service is always really good. Restaurant could do with some maintenance in certain areas - particularly the gents toilet as the drier is always broken.Food: 5/5

Tonight, after 3 weeks of takeaways due to illness, my husband, my kids and I decided to eat in at a restaurant. The experience was much better than expected. My lamb Madras was cooked perfectly and had a great flavour, despite not being as spicy as I usually like. My kids both had chicken Tikka Masala, as well as two vegetable dishes, two rices and two naan breads. We also enjoyed a few drinks, including a Tiger beer or two, whiskey and an apple juice and lemonade mix.  The food was well presented and served piping hot, and the staff were attentive and well presented. The restaurant was busy, but not overly crowded, and provided an enjoyable atmosphere.  All four of us would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was lively, but not too much so. We look forward to visiting again soon!  Parking: Easy

Simply the best. New customer here at tarrana but I feel like I have been a regular for years because of incredibly welcoming staff, impeccable service and fantastic food. We have found our new regular !

I was expecting better but I usually get some local delivery and they cook similar. The place is very dark, you can barely read the menu. Security cameras on the ceiling covering the whole place, not sure why. Service isn't very good. We had to wait like 35-40 min for mains. After we finishef I had to ask for bill after 15 min wait. It wasn't the only table so I assume it's the common practice, leave you there with the dishes finished.
