My all time favourite shop for anything art and crafts related. Have been coming to Tapleys since I was a student at Wellington in the early 90s.  Irene, the owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too.  Will be back for more mount board soon.
What a wonderful place. Art supplies, bags, purses, toys, gifts, cards, perfume. And such a friendly and helpful owner who gave me advice on art paper, Gesso and masking tape.
An aladin's cave, full of art supplies, greeting cards, and lovely stationery. It is a long established independent art and gift shop, well worth a visit.
