Awful branch. Staff 0 charm and really don't care at all apart from one girl there. Unprofessional , eating lunch at the front desk. Machine buttons are never working for the sun type settings. Big contrast to Earls court branch who are all absolutely lovely. I will be going there now.
I will never go here again. My new cream that I always bought was stolen here and the employees never told me that this shop was not reliable. They said you can leave your cream here, so I did. After 1 week I always had no new cream. I was going to the dealer in Holdor for a year before. The lady there was giving the creams by looking at their names. The employees in this shop are absolutely unreliable. No one would buy and use a cream without their name on it. The reason for the theft here is the employee
I came in today to the shop to find out more about the services and sun beds, the place looks very neat and I loved the manager Rebecca !!! She is so sweet and helpful as well her colleagues. This will definitely be my new spot
Everyone is nice here except a white Karin, you know the type that only shops at Primark, turned mother at 14 and grandmother at 28. She talks to me like if I am colpevol of her wrong life choices. Now, when I see her outside smoking cigarettes, I get anxiety, take a bus and go to the Earl's Court tanningShop.
I have been going to that branch for years, even before they changed the location. Once they lost my lotion and I honestly couldn’t care less then…. But. Last month during my tanning I have spotted that one of the lamp had failed. After the session finished I have reported that to the staff member. I did not think much about it after until couple of weeks later they put me in room 5 and again I realised that the same lamp STILL does not work! I have reported that again to a staff member who was giving me silly excuses but also I pointed that unsuitable bed has been used for weeks by other customers. I also was frustrated that I have payed the full price for something that doesn’t fully work and that my recent complaint has not been taken seriously. TWICE I have been offered free session with my next visit, but of course I was not surprised when I found out that was an empty promise and no such thing was put on my account for other members to see. For years I have watched staff members to change so I assume the fault is on management side. If they let customers use unfitted beds I wonder what else could be going wrong there… Very unprofessional! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I had an incredible experience at this tanning salon, and I can't thank Oana and Agata enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the tanning beds are top-notch. Oana and Agata went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe and enjoyable tanning session. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a five-star tanning experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Will NOT be using again. I brought 30 mins first time visiting, at the following visit was told these weren’t on my account, after some back and forth they said they would sort. I went back again today and they hadnt sorted and I was turned away and told to email customer services. Appalling service, inconveniencing me despite it not being my fault. Exceptionally unhelpful, useless customer service. They literally stole my money- I paid for a service that they’re now refusing to give me.
It’s a nice shop, I think the prices are more expensive in this one though compared to the one I used to go too in cross harbour. I paid 20 something quid for 14 mins . No lotion. Just the mins. It’s a nice shop tho, clean and staff are okay. 3 stars as the prices are a bit mad
I love coming here . The place is always so clean especially room 7 and 12. The staff really do know their stuff and are very helpful. Chantelle is my favourite along with the manager a great lady. Cant recomend this shop enough
They have 3 options of beds here and do spray tans. I have used the stand up and lie down, both really good. The bulbs are strong, so keep that in mind! There are several of each machine and as you need to book in advance, you're never waiting around. The place is very clean and each machine has a sign to say it was cleaned before you've used it. I'm very happy with the Fulham Tanning Shop. They also have a wide selection of lotions to choose from.... Highly recommend!
