What a welcome change, full of flavour
Send us burnt food and refused to replace it, asked for a refund and again refused had go through just eat. This used to be amazing but new management has ruined it! STEER CLEAR!!!
We sent out for 2 portions of chips and gravy last night and they went in the bin. The chips were undercooked and solid hard. Very disappointed

Food used to be good went right down hill and that's when they do get your order right you'll wait forever and a day for the cold food.
Shocking As a weekly customer ,tonight I ordered take away ,waited two and half hours ,when food arrived ,cold disgusting ,way regular customer gets treated given ordered for one as per week ,but profit before regular trade ,my order was left ,even driver who delivers apologised ,and agreed was shocking way good customer was treated,,dumped carry out in bin due to cold condition,ordered from other ,take away took twenty minutes ,was outstanding. So come on coatbridge ,loyal customers deserves better ,avoid avoid avoid ,putting ,money before regulars
