Ordered a kit, which came with a rusted needle that marked the aida Obviously not the shop's fault, but they replaced the aida with a generous piece. Very, very quick service. I emailed on the 3rd of April, and the replacement came today,  6th April. Wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend

Really helpful in helping me match thread for a kit I was doing but ran out of a specific thread.  Kit did not have name of which thread was being used or colour number.  Kit not bought from them so much appreciated their help.
