The staff was very helpful and helped me get the cheapest ticket for my train journeys sometimes it’s good to talk to a member of staff rather than a computer.
Free parking. Have to leave station then walk all back up to main road, walk around to get back to carpark. Machine all smashed up and signs saying no trains / no drives. Checked screens and said check online not everyone has excess to online or phones.
Nice little station with good free parking
Very well kept local station with frequent trains into Birmingham. Staff at the ticket desk are very polite and helpful also there is a very large car park. Only negative is that there could be more seating/shelter.
Free place to park to catch the train
Got tickets Quick Train wasin two minutes. Good ticket office.
Great train station to use!!! Located in a great lace between Walsall and West Bromwich with a access from both sides of the dual carriageway! Great sized car park and the chap on the ticket reception is a great help and a decent character
A good place to park your car, before catching train
Ford fiesta stripped for parts 25/11/22. Apparently happened to multiple Ford cars on this car park recently. Don't park your car here!! They won't supply CCTV footage either.
Seems to be an alright parkway station with four trains an hour to Birmingham and Walsall. Ramped footways provide step free access, buses stop nearby, lots of parking spaces provided and ticketing facilities too. Downside is the platforms lack alot of seating and shelter.
