A lovely place all year round but truly one of the best places to visit to get into the Christmas spirit. Our son meeting Santa, he was over the moon. They have really done a great job this year. Kids will love it. Loads of free parking. Loads of smaller independent retailers. The staff are friendly and helpful with some dressed up as elves

Like most garden centres, they have a santander clause. Only this one is right st the back, I have fond memories of this place going all out, but it seemed they lack this year. Not only is booking done online it seemed a little smaller than I remember.

Visited yesterday.  The shop was freezing.  I'm sure the air-conditioning was on. Didn't feel comfortable enough to browse. Decided to go to café to warm up. Unfortunately it was cold in there also. Ordered a light breakfast and pot of tea. Sad to say both food and tea were barely warm. Will not be returning.

Attractive  Christmas displays in the shop but food not so.good.  Coffee was not great and cheesecake I had had no taste.  Unfortunately staff are hard-pressed to cope.  I was distressed to hear staff have to pay for mistakes made when they are under this stress.

Ordered two full breakfasts. Sadly they have lost the passion for serving good old fashioned food. The bacon, mushroom and beans were all stone cold. The sausage was black and looked like it had been cooked about five times. Took both breakfasts back and got a refund. The ladies who serve there are always lovely but sadly on this occasion they have been let down big time by the kitchen staff. Been going here for over 30 years but not anymore.

Took the Grandchildren to see Father Christmas, display was very poor this year, not a patch on previous years. Restaurant experience was utter caios went for lunch and three of the items we choose we unavailable, Tables were a mess and nobody around clearing them. Felt really disappointed let's hope it will improve next year and the Santa display will be in its original location.

Beautifully organise garden centre. The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The foods are yummy and reasonable priced. I bought a four seater swing chair. It's my first time visiting this garden centre I will definitely coming back here again

I have eaten here twice now and not to impressed.  First visit I had a breakfast and coffee, the bacon hadn't been freshly cooked and was not pleasant the hash brown was soggy and the sausage over cooked! The cutlery was dirty and the restaurant area was very cold and unpleasant to sit in. On my second visit I just popped in for a drink and a Scone, I ordered a hot chocolate which was only warm and I had a Scone which was quite dry even though I had butter and jam on it. The lady at the till tutted at me because I wanted to pay cash and she didn't have much change in the till! Overall I think some more staff training would help

Absolutely love going there at Christmas

This is an excellent garden centre, with everything here that you expect to find for the home and garden. The car park is huge so no issues parking even at the busiest of times, there is a fruit & vegetable shop here, a decent cafe, the staff are pleasant, prices are good on almost everything especially compared to other garden centres and there are rest room facilities, located on the front outside of the building. Love seeing their Christmas displays and features, which make our visits more special at the end of the year. Recommended to visit!
