On the 14/4/2018 I lost my Beautiful  little Dog Nala. Nala is the first pet I’ve lost so I was unsure what to do  regarding her cremation but Tamar Valley Pet Cremation Service  were absolutely fantastic  The service they provided was brilliant they treat you and your pet with the upmost respect. I really cannot thank Tamar Valley Pet Cremation Service enough. And How quick they returned Nala back to me  I highly recommend Tamar Valley Pet Cremation  to anybody who is going through an awful time with losing their pet.

Would highly recommend this service, they are amazing! I got my cat back within 24hours  the lady was so lovely and made me feel very welcome. Now I have my boy with me forever thank you.

My son found my cat nala who we had for 14 years he was laid peacefully in garden and was still warm, I held him
For an hour breaking my heart and my son rang my vets at luxstowe vets liskeard and told them what had happened and what he could do, they recommended tamar valley pet creamation services who were absolutely amazing they came within a couple of hours, two lovely ladies attended and were so kind and caring and helpful, they came with a little basket with a blanket and after we chatted they carefully wrapped him up warm in blanket, I followed them to the vehicle and they placed nala in the back of the van in his basket and said he would not be left alone now and they would go back and he would be cremated on his own! I was asked before they left what casket I wanted his ashes back in and I chose the sleeping cat! Payment is due on their arrival but for my cat to be looked after in such a beautiful way was worth every penny and more of the £140 I paid which included pick up, and dropping the ashes off in selected casket! All this was done in less than 24 hours and the casket is beautifully made of wood, he's home with mummy and his family now! I couldn't recommend this service and these people enough, they are not a money gain company they are simply a family run business which I must say I'm truly grateful to you lovely people who looked after me in my grief and made it easier to deal with knowing my boy went like a king! I'm forever grateful to you all for helping me and bringing my boy home! Much love!
