Have been a long time fan of this business and recently been there twice to purchase wall paper for two feature walls. Amy looked after us and the service was brilliant as there is no pressure to buy and once you give them an idea of what your looking for they are very knowledgeable at helping you. The wall paper we bought was absolutely quality and a joy to hang. They order samples and post them out to you should you require them Would recommend this business to anyone wanting to do a makeover as everything about our experience was five star plus. We will be back.
Always a pleasure to visit and the refurbishment has gone really well. The store still has the same great range of lovely things sofas, chairs, lamps, wallpapers and paints. Everyone is very helpful so it's always a lovely experience popping in.
Girls are very friendly and know their stock nothing is to much trouble i think they would show you every book they have and there's a lot don't change my papers very often but I have always had them from Tallantyre
I have used this shop for years and they have a huge range of wallpapers of all price ranges. Most tend to be upmarket so if you want the unusual or the best, then this is the place for you. Their prices are comparable to the same wallpapers of competitors. I happened to be passing the window and noticed a fabulous wallpaper. I decorated my whole bedroom around it. I even managed to purchase some material that they made up for curtains that were a great match; did the same for my hall and staircase two years later. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and interested so I took a photo of the finished room for them to see the end result. Very professional.

Ordered an expensive roller blind >three months ago. Was informed it was available two or three weeks ago but fitter on holiday or busy ! Still no joy despite several calls ‍ Will not be going there again !
The staff could not be more helpful, they really take the time to help ensure that you choose exactly what you want. Also being new to the area the decorator Jeff - JS Painters & Decorators were Excellent! Jeff was so polite, cheerful and very professional, the end result was superb, I will definitely recommend both to my family & friends and will be back very soon to use both the store and Jeff.
Really bad customer service. 3 times I have tried to return some excess rolls we didn't open. first time, turned up at a time the shop should be open only to find a note on the door saying the shop was closed due to staff sickness. 2nd time, was told because i didn't buy the paper my wife did with my joint card they couldn't return as they'd need her signature?! even tho it was my signature on card and she didn't sign anything when she bought it. 3rd time, my wife tried today 16/01/19 at 11 oclock only to find a note on door saying closed today will be open tomorow until 3 oclock, another wasted journey! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS OR AT LEAST HAVE AN ANSWER MACHINE TO ADVISE WHEN YOU ARE CLOSED IF YOU SHOULD BE OPEN. A NOTE ON THE DOOR IS HARDLY USEFUL TO PEOPLE WHO ARE TRAVELING TO THE SHOP.
