Nathan provided a whole new heating system for us which was done quickly and efficiently. He turned up on time each morning and put in a solid days work which in itself is amazing in this day an age. Nathan is a consummate professional who evidently prides himself on his work.  The prices quoted were fair and justified considering the perfect pipe work couple with the care and consideration for the job. I will only use Talbots from now on for any plumbing or heating need. I needed a plumber just before Christmas and Nathan kindly fitted me in for a visit. I,d had two previous plumbers in to try resolve my heating and hot water system without success. One visit from Nathan and it was all sorted in just over an hour and a half. His knowledge and professional service was greatly appreciated. I was looking for someone to fit me in for a combi boiler replacement after many issues with national firms.  Not once did he offer any un-needed services.  After receiving his quote and install time, I was more than happy to ask him to come and install the new boiler (along with additional work I had asked for before). Nathan got the boiler installed as well as the additional work I requested done a lot quicker and more efficiently than I expected (after my experiences recently!).  Perfect and quick job completed 1 day before scheduled.  I would recommend him every time!

Both excellent technical knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and trustworthy customer service. 

Giving you a thorough explanation of the issues and how they were fixed. Where other contractors will talk up a job and change unnecessary parts...

I've had jobs done by other heating engineers who didn't understand the product they were installing but installed it anyway and it did not work correctly. Talbots plumbing was able to guide me over the phone to fix it myself!
