Thought I’d give it a try again after being disappointed by the quality of the food every time. Usually travel if ever we decide on Chinese. Wow this food wasn’t fit for human consumption, they literally made it in 4 minutes which says a lot. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, awful flavour, texture and was worried I may get ill. How this business survives I don’t know as it is always empty. The usual place we go to has a 30-45 minute wait for food on a good day. Won’t ever go back, food ended up in the bin.
I really enjoyed the chow mein however always being charged different for the exact same food we order every time. If I’m honest I feel so sorry for the women behind the counter after sharing her story of the sick man who took advantage of her! Heart breaking!
The best Chinese food around, family run takeaway and been using them for 20+ years and never had a problem. Erik and Sandy are so nice to get along with. They also do great fish and chips. Highly recommended.
We had a great meal from here, the food was tasty and fresh.
Whilst the food was prepared in about 10 minutes and the packaging kept it hot during the walk home, the meat chicken and beef seemed to have a peculiar texture. It was not to my liking.
Tried this for the first time since new people came in. Nowhere near to the standard before. Kung po chicken very watery, king prawn balls half cooked and the sweet and sour sauce not the same. The only thing that was still ok was the spring roll. Food served in plastic tubs so got cold very quickly, had to heat up in microwave! Won’t be going back, it’s really sad
Worst chinesse i have ever gone to after having a conversation about me being vegan and what dishes they had available for me i ordered went home to find all the dishes had meat in and i was missing somthing off my order ... i had to then go back to the store to lick up my order and when i got there , there was no apology or discount or an extra dish . This was the second attempt at trying this place and they always mess up the orders and fail to show any decent level of customer service . The food also is not decent by any means, old chips not fresh so brown you can taste the old oil on them ... chinesse thats greasy and re cooked . If i could rate this a zero star i would and quite frankly if anyone enjoys this chinesse its because it appears to be limited for take away in buntingford .
Food is not nice at all. Raw chips cooked in the same oil as the rank Chinese food they cook. Fish is bland covered in well overcooked batter. Really wouldn't recommend.
Can't really fault the food. Option to pay by card would be nice as only cash for collection. No delivery option.
Great takeaway this evening, good quality hot food with real flavours, staff really friendly and helpful with dietary requirements
