Been using them for the past 10 years in their old Hadley Wood location. Awesome service and quality, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Horrible, horrible experience.
Took my husband’s expensive suit and shirt to be dry cleaned for my sister’s wedding which was abroad.
We received the suit packed in plastic and were advised not to open it at all as it would crease in the luggage. We got to the wedding destination and opened the packaging. Three buttons on the suit were fully cracked and damaged, and the shirt had also shrunk down a lot.
The whole suit and shirt were unusable and caused us a lot of inconvenience as my husband was not able to wear the suit.
I took it to the shop when I got back to London and asked very politely for them to fix the buttons. 
I knew there is nothing we could do about the shirt by was hoping the buttons will be fixed or I can get a refund.
The response I got was horrible….
I was shouted at by the owner to ‘’PISS OFF’’, ‘’GET OUT OF MY STORE’’ , ‘’REFUND MY ASS’’ and many more horrible words.
I was so shocked and upset and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. But he went on and on and insulted me to a point that I ended up recording his voice on my phone and reporting the case to the police.
I will definitely NOT recommend using their service, as aside from their terrible poor service, the owner is a horrible person.
I have ended up with a ruined suit and a shirt(which is shrunk to a point it is unusable)…
