Better to have food in the restaurant and avoid home delivery. We went to the restaurant and they customised the food to our taste- which was good. Next day we ordered for delivery and the instructions were not respected at all. The food we got was not great- very oily and butter chicken was super sweet sweeter than some Indian sweet dishes. Very mixed feelings about this one.
Popped in this evening unreserved for a meal with the hubby and was not disappointed at all. Amazing food. freshly cooked. Lovely atmosphere. Staff extremely friendly. Definitely return next visit to Oban! %

Fantastic food. Best tasty curry we have had in any restaurant. John was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
Visited here this week with my husband, son. Was satisfied with the food but highly disappointed with service. Staff were pedantic and pestered us continually obviously fishing for a tip and didn’t give us a minutes peace which ruined experience. Will hopefully find a better Indian restaurant in Argyll soon.
Nice service and good atmosphere. But sorry to say this. The food was terrible. The chicken tasted a bit off. The curry and the biryani was a disgrace to be called Indian even if the restaurant is a Bangladeshi one. Please try to serve something authentic. Doesn't matter if it's Indian, Bangladeshi or PakistaniFood: 1/5

Meal looked great when it arrived, waited 45min, waiters polite, but very Ill next day, , dont think I would risk going back. I had chicken Rogan Josh.
The worst Indian food we have ever had , starter was swimming in grease, ordered a chicken tikka main , it came with no sauce or rice , this has never happened, I order this every where I go and it comes with rice and sauce .. got charged 5.50 for sauce as I asked where it was …. Terrible… when it arrived the chicken was extremely tough could hardly cut it , ordered a methi gohst …. Was the worst ever too , only ate a very small bit of each £65 was the bill …. Never again… avoid aviid avoid is all I can say …server was nice … that’s it . Vegetarian options: Mix veg platter was swimming in grease
